Coral Courtyard Crochet Cape

Coral granny cluster stitch meets bold circular motif work in this floor-length cape — a piece that announces itself the moment you put it on. The upper body is worked in open crochet; the lower half gives way to large sunburst squares in aqua, blush, sage, and ivory, each set against black. A coral ribbed border runs the full length — front opening, cuffs, hem — tying it all together. Drape it over anything dark and let the colour do the rest.

• Material: Soft handmade crochet yarn
• Design: Floor-length open-front cape; open granny cluster stitch body with large circular sunburst motif squares on the lower half
• Colour Palette: Coral/salmon pink body; motifs in aqua, blush pink, sage green, and ivory on black backgrounds
• Neckline: Open-front — no closure, drapes freely
• Sleeves: Full-length with coral ribbed cuff edging
• Fit: Relaxed, free-flowing longline drape
• Hemline: Wide coral ribbed border hem
• Accents: Coral ribbed edging along front opening, cuffs, and hem
• Note: Each circular motif is individually handcrafted; no two capes are exactly alike

• Drape over a fitted black outfit — slim jeans, trousers, or a slip — to let the coral body and circular motifs take full focus.
• Wear over a co-ord or midi dress for resort evenings, festive occasions, or destination holidays.
• Style with block-heel sandals and minimal gold jewellery for a bold artisanal statement at brunches or cultural events.
