Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Hook & Curve, a unit of ANM Retail, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return, exchange, and cancellation policy. By purchasing products from Hook & Curve, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Return Policy
Hook & Curve accepts returns on products purchased from our website, provided the following conditions are met:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Products must also be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- A facilitation fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted for processing the return.
- Only store credit will be issued for eligible returns. The store credit will be provided in the amount equivalent to the price of the product (excluding shipping fees and facilitation fee).
- Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, ironed, or altered in any way.
Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The exchange is valid only for size-related issues. We do not accept exchanges for color, style, or any other reasons.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unironed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchanges will be processed only after the original product has been returned and received by us. Hook & Curve is not liable for any products lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size. If the size is unavailable, you will be notified, and a store credit will be issued as an alternative.
- Any price differences between the returned product and the new product must be paid by the customer before the exchange is processed.

3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled upto 24 hours after order. After that cancellation is no longer possible.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.
- If an order is eligible for cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91 99159 07100.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the customer refuses or denies the order at the time of delivery, the customer will be blacklisted from placing any future orders on our website.
4. Return/Exchange and Refund Procedure
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must first contact Hook & Curve customer support via phone (+91 99159 07100) to obtain approval and instructions for returning or exchanging the product.
- All returned products should be sent to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and deemed eligible for return by our quality control team. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit to be used on future purchases.
- Store credit provided for returns and exchanges must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue. Any unused credit will expire after this period.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to a defect or an error by Hook & Curve.
- Hook & Curve is not responsible for any delays in return shipping or exchanges caused by the postal service, courier, or customs procedures.
6. Defective Products
In the rare case that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, the customer must contact Hook & Curve within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund based on the customerβs preference.
7. Damaged Goods
If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification. We will provide a full refund or a replacement, based on the situation, at no additional cost to the customer.
8. General Terms
- Hook & Curve, operated by ANM Retail, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Hook & Curve may update or modify this Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
