Shipping within India is offered free of charge on all orders. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within seven (7) business days, subject to the availability of stock and any unforeseen delays. The estimated delivery timeframe varies based on location, with shipments to major metropolitan areas typically arriving within three (3) to seven (7) business days, while deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional time. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor the real-time status of their shipment.
For international orders, shipping charges will apply and are calculated at checkout based on the destination. The estimated delivery period for international shipments ranges from seven (7) to twenty-one (21) business days, depending on the specific destination and any customs clearance procedures that may be required. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination countryβs authorities shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. ANM Retail and its unit, Hook & Curve, do not bear any liability for such charges, nor will they be responsible for delays arising from customs processing or governmental regulations. All international shipments are facilitated through registered courier companies or international speed post services, ensuring secure and reliable transit.
Upon order confirmation, the Company shall undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure timely processing and dispatch. In the event of any unforeseen delays, the customer will be notified via email or phone. All products are packaged with high-quality materials to prevent damage during transit, and ANM Retail is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the shipment has been handed over to the courier or postal service provider.
